• In 2009, she represented a case of 88 litigants such as dong houfu and other 64 litigants including zhang baosheng, to confirm the shares of Inner Mongolia mengnan coal co., LTD. This case lasted ten years and appealed twice retry to the Supreme Court. in June 2017, we won the case finally.
In this case, the parties are ordinary workers and the defendant is actual controllers with billions of assets of company. According to the final decision, the party shall enjoy the original equity. By 2011, nearly 300 million equity value, share out bonus of 70 million yuan, this is a typical case of class-action fight against longer odds.
• In 2007, she prosecuted the China Insurance Regulatory Commission(CIRC) on behalf of 1083 car owners in 27 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, under the support of the Chinese Consumer Association, for an administrative licensing hearing for insurance. The CIRC finally held a hearing in Beijing in December 2007. The insurance premium will be increased from 60,000 yuan to 122,000 yuan, and the average premium will be reduced by 100 yuan per car, with annual social welfare exceeding 10 billion yuan. The case has become a teaching case of China university of political science and law.
• She has practiced as a copyright legal counselor to the Southern Metropolis Daily since 2010.
