    Luan Jianping is a senior partner at Derun. He once was engaged in the research of administrative law and administration in the Institute of administration and management of the Ministry of personnel of the National Personnel Department of the state, and got the title of a researcher.
    From October 1996 to September 2001, He practiced law as a part-time job in Beijing Zhang Yongtao law firm, Beijing Jintong law firm, Beijing Zhong Lun law firm . Since October 2001, he has been a senior partner at Derun, and was the director for a while.
