She graduated from Harbin normal university in 1976 and Heilongjiang university (correspondence) in 1982. She studied in Central Leadership Institute Of Politics and Law in 1989 and participated training courses for national enterprise legal counselor. After that, I coauthored many legal reference books with my teachers and classmates.
